|Members of this small group are the most conservative people, but at the same time the most productive ones. The perception of the world is firm and realistic. They prefer stability of the existence and immutability of proven traditions. This group values positive and warm relationships. They will recognize positive ethical values, such as uniqueness of others, religion and spirituality, non-interference in others’ lives, humanism, unusual talents etc. They prefer to use resources rationally, prefer high-quality and long-lasting products. They will avoid risk and chaos. This group values comfort and will not change their routines. The mission of this element is to ensure the sustainable development and reasonable usage of accumulated resources, slowly preparing ways for some new development. This element values a stable consumption of material and spiritual products. Only in conditions of stability, it is possible to develop and disseminate some new initiatives, which are very fragile and vulnerable and need to be cherished. Wisdom and experience lie in the basis of respect for tradition and a significant proportion of conservatism of these people.|

1. Insightful: Advisors see motive of others very well. They are attracted to talented and not ordinary personalities. They can encourage and give hope to others. They advise others how to find a way out from complex life situations.
2. Altruistic: Advisors can do a lot more than it is expected from them for those who they sympathize with. They are easy to communicate with and they are friendly. Advisors, with their sincerity and warmth, pre dispose to trust. They get offended if they don’t receive an emotional response from others. Advisors are trying to manage feelings of others.
3. Advisors get mobilized in extreme situations. They are capable to fight back to unfair attacks. Sometimes these types lack willpower to accomplish what is necessary. It is hard for advisors to evaluate what is desired and what is real. By trying to be initiatives, Advisors hope to find people who are willing to implement their ideas without their participation.
4. These types get tired of routines therefore they change their hobbies often. Hard work requiring attention to details, numbers and punctuation marks is not for them. It is hard for them to maintain timed schedules, they are often late. These types are not subjected to strict discipline. Advisors do not respect the formal chain of command.
